Dr. Wallskog has recently moved his office location to 2801 West Kinnickinnic River Parkway, Suite #525. The new office phone number is 414-649-7900. He will continue to practice at the West Bend and Hartford locations as well. The entire staff is committed to providing excellent care to all patients.
